G-Hunt is a modern HR system developed by Globus IT in collaboration with the recruiting agency Cerebro. The product is designed to automate and optimize all stages of recruitment. G-Hunt covers the full recruitment cycle – from application registration to vacancy closure and performance analytics. It  allows companies to centrally manage vacancies, candidates, customers and recruiters.

The system is aimed at both recruiting agencies and HR departments of internal customers, ensuring process transparency and resource management flexibility.

At some point, we at Globus IT and Cerebro realized that our approach to recruitment needed an upgrade. Recruiters were spending a lot of time on routine, information on candidates and vacancies was stored in different places, and tracking the effectiveness of recruitment was difficult.
