G-Hunt: HR system for automated recruitment

About the Project

G-Hunt is a modern HR system developed by Globus. The product is designed to automate and optimize all stages of recruitment. G-Hunt covers the full recruitment cycle — from application registration to vacancy closure and performance analytics. It  allows companies to centrally manage vacancies, candidates, customers and recruiters.
The system is aimed at both recruiting agencies and HR departments of internal customers, ensuring process transparency and resource management flexibility.

Problem and task

At some point, we at Globus realized that our approach to recruitment needed an upgrade. Recruiters were spending a lot of time on routine, information on candidates and vacancies was stored in different places, and tracking the effectiveness of recruitment was difficult.


We wanted to make the process simpler, faster and more transparent for everyone: from recruiters to managers. We decided to create our own HR system that:

  • Combines all recruitment tasks in one place
  • Automates routine processes
  • Helps track what is happening with each vacancy and candidate
  • Provides access to convenient analytics to see real results
  • Will be flexible and suitable for different teams and work scenarios

This is how the idea of G-Hunt came about — a system that we created primarily for ourselves, and are now ready to share with others.

Solution

Globus specialists developed a flexible and scalable HR platform based on deep analytics and experience in automating business processes. G-Hunt's main modules include:

  • Department management — access rights delimitation and hierarchy setup for recruiters, HRDs and managers
  • Work with customers and projects — centralized storage of information about clients and projects with flexible access settings
  • Applications and vacancies — automated system for creating and processing applications for personnel selection with the ability to quickly transfer to a vacancy
  • Candidates — a full-fledged database with cards, interaction history and current statuses for each candidate
  • Recruiter’s personal account — setting up selection stages, managing candidate card fields and access to individual analytics
  • Analytics — detailed reports on recruiter performance, vacancy statuses, closing speed and other key metrics

All data is available online in a secure environment, with the ability to export reports and filter by the required parameters.
